A pair of sheep loose on a housing estate prompted a police response.
The rogue livestock were spotted in Field Avenue in Canterbury at 8.50am this morning.
A police spokesman said: “We were called following a report of two loose sheep in Field Avenue, Canterbury.
“An officer attended to ensure the sheep did not get into the road before their owner arrived to reclaim them.”
A similar incident occurred in Folkestone last month when a brown ram ran loose around the town.
The road was shut until police caught the animal outside Tesco Express.
