Kent fixtures for County Championship and One-Day Cup released

The Specsavers County Championship and Royal London One-Day Cup fixtures for the 2019 have been revealed.

The fixtures were announced at 10am on Tuesday with the Vitality Blast announcement expected at 5pm on the same day.

Kent secured promotion from Division 2 of the County Championship in 2018 and will be playing Division 1 cricket in 2019, the first time since 2010.

Kent will host County Champions Surrey at Beckenham from Monday, May 20 to Thursday, May 23.

Their first match of the season will be a trip to Somerset on April 5 while the first match at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence will be against Yorkshire on May 14.

They will also be hoping to go one better in the One-Day Cup in 2019 after reaching the final last season but were beaten by Hampshire.

Their campaign gets underway against Hampshire at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence on April 17 with the final to be played at Lord's on May 25.

The club also announced they will be facing Pakistan in a one-day tour match at Beckenham on Saturday, April 27, who will be preparing for the World Cup in England.
