There will be a Kent club in this season's FA Vase final after Canterbury City were paired with Cray Valley in the last four.

The Southern Counties East League rivals will play the first leg at Badgers Sports Ground in Eltham.

Wembley awaits the winners of the tie, which will be decided at Faversham Town's Salters Lane, where City are groundsharing.

Both clubs have already made it through eight rounds on this Vase run which started way back on September 1.

Canterbury, the lowest-ranked side left in the competition, have knocked out Langney Wanderers, AFC Varndeanians, Saltdean United, Corinthian, Southall, Newport Pagnell, Leicester Nirvana and Biggleswade.

Ben Smith's side are 12th in Southern Counties East while Cray Valley are fourth.

To reach the last four the Millers have seen off Sutton Athletic, Hailsham Town, St Panteleimon, Badshot Lea, Sheppey United, Baffins Milton Rovers, Abbey Rangers and Willand Rovers.

Cray Valley, managed by Kevin Watson, beat Canterbury 2-0 in a league game at Badgers last month.

The other semi-final sees Northwich Victoria take on Chertsey Town.

Northwich were playing Conference football 10 years ago but they've plummeted down the pyramid and are now playing in the North West Counties League.

Tournament favourites Chertsey, who sit second in the Combined Counties League, stunned two-time Vase finalists West Auckland on Saturday by travelling to the North East and claiming a hugely impressive 2-0 win.

The first legs will take place over the weekend of March 16 with the second legs scheduled for Saturday, March 23.
