Gore wins silver and bronze

Canterbury's Kezi Gore won silver and bronze at the Australian Youth Olympic Festival in Sydney.
Gore, who is a member of Canterbury Rhythmic Gymnastics Club, was one of four girls selected for the competition which took place between January 14 and 18.
The 13-year-old won a bronze medal in the Rhythmic Gymnastics team event. The team which consisted of Gore, Jade Faulkner (Swindon) and Lynne Hutchison (Bath) finished behind China and Australia.
Gore was the top scoring GB gymnast with 52.650 points.
She then went on to win silver in the Rhythmic individual all around finals.
Gore said: “My teammates and I are great friends. It’s fantastic to have an Olympic medal around my neck.”
