Since the age of five, Giulia has been competing herself and became Micro mini-champion on snow before moving up into the children’s racing category.
In December she took part in her first children’s level races in the British Alpine Race Ski Championships.
She took on youngsters more than a year older than her in the slalom, giant slalom and super G and was delighted after recording fourth place finishes in the slalom and giant slalom.
Natalia won the giant slalom and super G races in her own age group.
Giulia’s performance earned her a spot in the Great Britain team and she is preparing to travel to competitions in Spain and Italy – considered a mini Olympics for children where countries bring their top competitors.
