Isaac Dilkes picked up 4-18 as Canterbury beat HSBC by three wickets to make it successive wins in the Premier Division.

The visitors opted to bat first before being confined to 171 all out after 45.2 overs, with Matthew Abbett top scoring on 72.

Opener Bradley Goldsack led the reply with an unbeaten 76 to help Canterbury chase down their target with more than four overs remaining.

Justin MacVicar dismissed HSBC's opening duo on his way towards 3-52, followed by Stuart Drakeley who bowled both Wajid Shah (36) and Alan Slater (25).

Abbett offered hope with a flurry of 72 from 61 balls until he was also sent on his way by MacVicar, with Dilkes then striking to take out HSBC's tail end.

Goldsack endured few problems at the crease and produced a 50-run partnership with Dilkes amid Canterbury's successful pursuit of 172.

Michael Waller meanwhile picked up a five-fer in Tunbridge Wells' four-wicket victory over Sandwich Town.

Sent in to bat first, Sandwich posted 237 from their 50 overs after Kent's Jordan Cox had top scored with 67.

This followed a steady opening partnership between Zack Fagg (35) and Tom Chapman (45), both of whom were eventually bowled by Ian Mclean (3-20).

Cox later received added support from Grant Stewart (31), only for both to fall victim to Waller as he put up 5-55.

Christopher Williams started the response with a knock of 42, followed by Alexander Williams (64), Mclean (46) and Christian Davis (31) in what proved an impressive effort to reach a winning total of 238 with four balls remaining.

Chris Piesley led Lordswood on 69 as they overcame Sevenoaks by two wickets to move joint-top of the table.

Michael Barber hit a team-high 85 while Christopher Vernon (19), Ben Rice (18) and James Carslaw (18) all chipped in to lead Sevenoaks to 205 having elected to bat first.

An opening contribution of 42 from Edward Taylor was then bolstered by Michael French (31), Shaun Piesley (17) and Piesley's 69 in driving Lordswood towards the win with just two balls to spare.

Elsewhere Bickley Park edged closer to the top three with a 198-run win over Blackheath.

Oliver Robinson put his side in the ascendency with 82 after being sent in to bat, with Safwaan Imitiaz (52) and Alex Darroch (26) following suit.

Daniel Magin added an unbeaten 89 while Warren Lee finished 42 not out to give Park a commanding score of 324 by the end of their 50 overs.

Magin proceeded to dominate with the ball, producing figures of 5-23 as Blackheath were bowled out for 126 in 21.6 overs, with Rishi Roy-Mukherjee top scoring for them on 34.

Bexley recorded their first win of the campaign after seeing off leaders Beckenham by 24 runs.

Deciding to bat first, they reached 192 primarily thanks to leading scores from Calum Basey (63) and Matthew Stiddard (36).

On the back of his return from the Indian Premier League, Stuart Binny posed as Beckenham's best resistance with 3-20 and four maidens.

Any hope for Beckenham in their response came courtesy of William MacVicar (26) and Matthew Balch (25), before they eventually ran out of overs on 168.

Beckenham remain top despite their defeat but sit level on 41 points with both Lordwood and Tunbridge Wells.

Beneath them lurk Bickley and Canterbury, both of whom are on 36 points, while the bottom two spots are now occupied by Blackheath (10 points) and HSBC (six points).
