Amjad Khan continued to impress with figures of 5-79 as England drew their two-day friendly against the Barbados President's XI in St Philip.
The Kent seamer built on his initial two-wicket burst at the top of the innings by removing Kevin Stoute (56), Jason Holder (50) and Ronaldo Arthur (18).
Now Khan will have to wait and see whether he has done enough to earn his Test debut on Thursday, but the selectors biggest selection poser seems to be whether to recall axed Ian Bell.
Meanwhile Kent's Joe Denly is recovering from injury which forced him to miss England Lions' draw with New Zealand Emerging Players.
Denly missed out after jarring a finger, attempting a catch in training, but expects to be fit for the second game between the two sides which starts on Wednesday.
