Sittingbourne new boy Chris Barnard scored a couple of outstanding goals as the Brickies continued their revival under Chris Lynch, winning 2-1 at VCD in Bostik South East.
Faversham are also finding their form with Ashley Miller bagging the winner in a 1-0 victory over Whyteleafe.
Up top, former Charlton striker Kevin Lisbie struck twice as Cray Valley won 3-1 at Willand Rovers to reach the last four of the FA Vase.
Level at half-time, Lisbie kept a cool head to score from the spot and wrapped up victory with the Millers' last-minute third.
Margate made it seven points out of nine under Jay Saunders with Noel Leighton's double helping them to a 3-0 win at Corinthian Casuals in the Bostik Premier.
Tahjae Anderson went one better, scoring a hat-trick as Herne Bay thrashed Three Bridges 5-1 to strengthen their Bostik South East survival push.
