A field of almost 900 battled it out through the streets as the Canterbury 10-mile road race returned to its January date after being held in August last year.
Former Invicta East Kent runner Charlie Brisley, now racing for Newham and Essex Beagles, won for the second year in a row after his triumph last summer, while there was a familiar women's winner, too. Tonbridge's Helen Gaunt claimed her third successive title.
