Kent cricket fans wanting to guarantee their seat for Australia’s first match against Kent in 18 years shouldn't leave it late.

Memberships are now on sale, which include options to see captain Robert Key's side in action against Australia in the opening game of the Ashes tour at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence, Canterbury, from June 25-28.

Any remaining tickets for the match will not go on sale until March 2015 so the club is hoping supporters can book early to avoid disappointment.

Australia beat Kent by six wickets the last time they played each other in 1997.
