Fire rips through roof space of two homes in Abbey Drive, Dartford

A fire ripped through the roof space of homes in a cul-de-sac.
Crews were called to a blaze atop two properties in Abbey Drive, Dartford which lasted more than two hours.
The incident happened shortly after 10pm last night.
Crews wearing breathing apparatus and using hose reels and main jets worked alongside the London Fire Brigade to tackle the blaze.
There were no reported injuries and the cause is not yet known.
