Two men with the same surname arrested and charged after a firearm was seized in a Greenhithe street are likely to stand trial in Woolwich.
Paul Killick, 44, of Blackfen Road in Sidcup and Tommy Killick, 22, of no fixed address were both charged with possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
The charges came after police were called to the Palladian Circus area of Greenhithe on the afternoon of Friday, March 31 after reports residents had spotted what they believed to be a firearm in Liverymen Walk.
The pair were remanded into custody and were due to appear at Maidstone Crown Court but this was changed to Woolwich Crown Court.
They are now due to appear at Woolwich again on a date to be confirmed but not before Tuesday, August 29.
