Dartford celebrate a goal against Eastleigh Picture: Nick Johnson
Dartford remain third in Blue Square Bet South but they closed the gap on leaders Welling to two points after beating Eastleigh on Saturday.
Leading scorer Charlie Sheringham (pictured) took his tally to nine for the season with a brace and a late own goal confirmed Dartford's superiority.
Skipper Elliot Bradbrook only made the substitutes bench after picking up a rib injury but keeper Andrew Young returned having missed last week's defeat at Basingstoke.
Dartford went ahead on 12 minutes when a counter-attacking move saw Ryan Hayes combine with Adam Green and Richard Graham, who unselfishly set up Sheringham to tap in the opener.
Danny Harris was the provider for the second midway through the second half when he turned and crossed for Sheringham to slot home, much to the delight of the 1,079 crowd.
Dartford claimed a third late on when Sheringham and Harris combined before Henrik Breimyr turned the ball into his own net.
