Former Gillingham defender Richard Rose turned out for the Dartford at the weekend but boss Tony Burman was not making a quick decision on the player's future.

Rose, who played for the Gills between 2000 and 2006, appeared for the Darts in their 1-0 win over Leyton Orient.

But Burman (pictured) was "waiting on a few phone calls" before commenting further on his interest.

One player not moving to Princes Park is another ex-Gills centre-back, Tony Sinclair, who has been released by Lincoln.

Burman added: "Tony was going to be involved and we did do a deal with him but unfortunately
had to go back on it because he couldn’t commit due to work commitments."

Three other trialists, Anthony Church, Ian Daly and Henry Muggeridge, have moved on.

The Darts travel to Tonbridge on Saturday.
