M25 delays: Vehicle breaks down near J1a for Swanscombe

All lanes are now open after a vehicle broke down on the M25.
The incident was on the anti-clockwise carriageway before J1A for Crossways Boulevard and Swanscombe.
At its height, congestion tailed back on the M25 halfway to J3 for the M20/A20.
