Designer clothes, mobile phones and more than £20,000 in cash seized as Swanscombe man arrested at Gatwick Airport

Officers arrested a man at Gatwick Airport after finding more than £20,000 in cash, designer clothes and mobile phones.
He was detained as he got off a flight from Barcelona on Wednesday evening.
The 28-year-old claimed he had no luggage, but police found a bag where the items were discovered.
The Swanscombe resident had been wanted for unrelated offences.
He was arrested on suspicion of money laundering and has since been released on bail until July 15 pending further inquiries.
