Emergency services have been called after a motorway crash.
Traffic is queuing on the M25 anti-clockwise between junction 2 for the Darenth Interchange and junction 1b for Dartford following an accident involving a car and a lorry.
All lanes have now reopened after three out of four were closed.
Traffic has also been temporarily stopped on the A282 northbound between the same junctions towards the Dartford Crossing.
Drivers should expect delays of 30 minutes above normal travel time.
Congestion is building back to junction 3 for the Swanley Interchange and the A2 link.
