Platform at Dartford railway station closed for incident

A platform at Dartford station was closed due to an "incident."
Emergency services were called to the scene.
Southeastern warned customers Platform 3 had been closed. It reopened at around 10.30pm.
The nature of the incident is not yet clear.
Police have been contacted for details.
