Head-on crash forces road to close

Two cars collided head-on earlier this afternoon leaving several people requiring emergency treatment.
Three people were treated at the scene following the accident in Main Road, Longfield near Longfield Academy.
Traffic was brought to a standstill after the two Ford Ka's collided head on and blocked the road around 2.20pm.
Police, ambulance and fire fighters were all called to the scene. Three women were treated at the site. The extent of their injuries is not known but oxygen was administered to one of the drivers while in her car.
An oil spillage from the collision was dealt with by Dartford's Blue Watch.
