Several contemporary homes – which are part of a new neighbourhood development – are now available for people to buy.
The 256-acre site will compromise more than 550 one and two-bedroom apartments, and two, three and four-bedroom houses.
Stonehaven Park, at Ebbsfleet Garden City, has consent for an initial 227 homes so far. The remaining are subject to planning consent being granted.
Prices start from £519,995.
Built by Redrow, the homes will have open plan designs and large windows, alongside tall gable roofs and weatherboarding on the façades.
Dedicated parking spaces for residents will also be available, with their own EV charging points.
Stonehaven Park will also have plenty of green space, including lakes and walking and cycling paths.
Joanna Wiley, from Redrow, said: "Stonehaven Park will become a truly modern-day community, with beautifully designed bespoke homes that blend elements of the traditional Kentish aesthetic with contemporary features and amenities, like EV charging points, spacious interiors, great transport connectivity and plenty of green spaces.
"We are thrilled to be delivering a second neighbourhood of homes at Ebbsfleet Garden City as it becomes an increasingly popular place to live for a diverse range of homehunters, from first-time buyers looking for a short commute into London, to growing families and couples looking to ‘right size’.
"We look forward to welcoming interested buyers to visit Regent Village at Ebbsfleet Green to find out more about this budding new community."
