CCTV images released of two suspects following a stabbing at Dartford train station

CCTV images of two suspects have emerged following a stabbing in a train station toilet.

British Transport Police are appealing for anyone with information on the men, who they want to speak to in connection with a robbery and serious assault at Dartford station, on Tuesday.

A man suffered various stab wounds to his thigh and under his armpit.

The victim currently remains in hospital, with injuries not thought to be life-threatening.

Speaking about the incident, Det Con Ben Martin-Richmond, said: “This was a very serious assault at a busy time when there would have been a number of people in the station.

“Did you see these people in the station before or after the assault, or do you know who they might be?

“If so, I urge you to get in touch as soon as possible – it is vital that we find them.”
