Italian restaurant Carluccio's is set to reopen at Bluewater on Tuesday, the restaurant chain has confirmed.
The future of the restaurant group - which had branches at Bluewater near Greenhithe, Canterbury and Tunbridge Wells - was placed in jeopardy in March this year when the company behind it went into administration.
But the brand along with 30 of its sites was acquired by Boparan Restaurant Group in May, and it was confirmed that the Bluewater branch would be the only one saved in Kent.
The Bluewater restaurant will open for delivery on Tuesday and will welcome customers to dine-in from Wednesday, September 30.
The restaurant will also be one of the brand’s first to offer a pizza menu where diners can discover artisan Neapolitan varieties.
Customers can choose from a menu of six pizzas and a range of classics from breakfast through to dinner, including antipasti, pasta, salads and signatures like Chicken Milanese and Risotto Ai Funghi.
