Two men from east London have been charged with attempting to steal a woman's handbag in a Kent town.
Krystian Markowski, 36, of Grange Road, Ilford, and Piotr Molda, 44, of Centreway, Ilford, are accused of trying to take the bag in St Mary's Road, Swanley, yesterday.
They were arrested that same day.
Both were charged with attempted theft and remanded in custody to appear at Medway Magistrates Court today.
