A man has been charged after allegedly ignoring stalking and non-molestation court orders stopping him from entering a Kent town.
Brendon Robb was arrested last Friday (April 21), following reports he had been seen in Swanley the day before.
The 34-year-old was charged with breaching a stalking protection order and a non-molestation order.
Both orders were in connection with the same victim, made in 2021 and 2022. They each have a duration of ten years.
Robb, of Steyning Grove, London, appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court yesterday (April 24) and was remanded in custody.
His next hearing will be at the same court on Tuesday, June 13.
