Man flown to hospital with head injury after 999 call to Market Street, Dartford

A man was flown to hospital after suffering a head injury near a park.
Emergency services were called to Market Street, Dartford, at around 2.15pm yesterday.
Officers and paramedics attended and he received treatment after collapsing and getting a head injury.
The man was then taken to a London trauma centre by air ambulance.
A spokesman for South East Coast Ambulance said: "SECAmb was called at approximately 2.15pm yesterday to reports of a person who had collapsed and was in need of medical attention in Dartford Central Park.
"Ambulance crews attended and were then joined at the scene by the Kent, Surrey, Sussex Air Ambulance Service. The person was assessed and treated before being airlifted to hospital in London."
Central Park was closed to the public while investigations were completed.
Police are running an investigation into the circumstances.
