Men accused of thefts at Dartford Boots store worth £800

Suspected thieves will appear in court accused of carrying out an £800 spree at a town centre store.

The two men were charged after police were called in to reports of several health and beauty products being taken from Boots in Dartford.

The pair reportedly took eye drops, teeth whitening products and fungal nail treatment following the incident at the High Street shop at 11.50am on July 27.

Officers arrested Ramaine Mowatt, 30, of Surrey Grove, Sutton, and Elliott Dini, 32, of Netley Close, Croydon later that afternoon.

The combined value of the items is said to be worth £827.

Both men are set to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on August 25 after being charged with theft and released on bail.
