A mountain or rubbish has been dumped by fly-tippers on a main road leading into Dartford.
Over the past few weeks, the rubbish has grown as various people add to the pile.
Dartford council say it has arranged for the rubbish to be cleared and is investigating the matter and says it will prosecute anyone found responsible for dumping it there.
The rubbish was spotted by Labour candidate for Burnham, Joe Yusuf, who said it was an eyesore and has reported it to the council.
Mr Yusuf, of Burnham Road, said: "I am concerned that fly-tippers have created an eyesore on Bob Dunn Way (A206) which is one of the main entry points into Dartford.
"These unscrupulous fly-tippers have created a mountain of rubbish which includes sofas, carpets and old mattresses.
"I have reported the rubbish on both sides of the carriageway to Dartford council and I hope the rubbish is cleared as soon as possible as it gives a bad image of the town to visitors.
"It has been growing in size for the past couple of weeks."
