A barbecue smokehouse and lobster specialist diner inspired by the southern American states is the latest new addition to Bluewater.
The US-style diner Big Easy is moving in to the shopping centre in Greenhithe, near Dartford on November 16.
It is the company's first outlet outside of London and along with the food offering will see the two-floor restaurant boasting a huge range of 500 bourbons, tequilas and whiskeys and separate rum bar.
The 236-seat restaurant takes its design inspiration from the American Gulf coast states.
The theatre kitchen at the heart of the restaurant will offer dishes of barbecue classics and fresh lobsters, cocktail, beer and wine list, daily bottomless food specials, weekend bottomless brunch and live bands every night.
It will be located at the Bluewater Plaza next to the Showcase cinema and Wagamama.
Robert Goodman, senior centre director at Bluewater, said: “We are delighted to welcome Big Easy to our line-up of over 50 restaurants and bars.
"It says a lot about Bluewater and what we offer that this will be their first branch outside of London, and we know this is going to be a big hit with our guests.
"In the run-up to the festive period, we hope our guests will drop into Big Easy for refreshments in between their Christmas shopping.”
Paul Corrett, founder of Big Easy, added: “Bluewater is a great destination with a significant following among Big Easy fans, so making the commitment to open our first restaurant outside London there was an easy decision.”
The centre confirmed last week eight new retailers will be joining the line-up at Bluewater before Christmas following the arrival of the UK's first in-person Amazon store earlier this month.
