A woman from the outskirts of Kent is heading in to the most talked about villa on TV tonight.

Belle Hassan, from Bromley, near Dartford, will become the third person from the county to get her swimsuit on and enter Love Island.

The 21-year-old joins the likes of last year's winner Jack Fincham, from Swanley, and Ellie Jones, from Chatham, as she prepares to find her perfect partner.

She is the daughter of famous actor Tamer Hassan, most famous for starring in Football Factory alongside Danny Dyer, coincidentally also the father of a Love Island contestant, last year's co-winner Dani Dyer.

The make-up artist will be looking to rock the villa as she describes herself as "a triple F - fun, funny, flirty".

Her arrival comes as the ITV show will test current islanders relationships with the introduction of rival villa Casa Amor, which sees new contestants on the show vying for love.

Belle admitted she is looking for "honesty and someone who is funny, genuine and can look after me".

She rates herself "a solid eight or nine" and revealed having been cheated on before that it's her biggest turn off.

She said: “It is a different environment in the villa and so you could act a bit out of character. I can’t see myself cheating if I really like someone.”

The make-up artist also said she's not to concerned about stepping on people's toes.

"If there is a connection there, then I will go for it. You have to do what you’ve got to do.”

Love Island is a reality TV show where contestants looking for love couple up with each other, with the most popular couple scooping £50,000 at the end of the show.
