Police appeal after woman reportedly sexually assaulted on bus from Dartford to Gravesend

Police have released an e-fit of a man they would like to speak to after a woman was reportedly assaulted on a bus.

Officers are investigating after a woman reported being sexually assaulted on the 490 bus from Dartford to Gravesend.

The incident is said to have happened between 10pm and 11.11pm on Saturday, September 10.

During the journey an unknown man boarded and sat next to the woman, and then "inappropriately touched her".

She then got off the bus in Gravesend town centre, near Tesco.

The man then followed her to the front of the supermarket, in New Road, where her friend picked her up.

The man officers would like to speak with is described as being of Asian appearance and approximately 5ft 6ins tall. He is reported to have dark brown hair and a stocky build.
