A quad bike rider has been caught on camera doing a wheelie at high speed on the A2.
Kait Borsay posted the video on her Twitter account just after 11.30am this morning.
Ms Borsay, a freelance sport broadcaster from south-east London, was in a car travelling along the coast-bound carriageway on her way to Canterbury when she spotted the quad rider’s antics.
She said: "In a quest for complete idiocy, this is haring up the A2 towards Canterbury near the Dartford Interchange right now.”
The 14 second clip clearly shows a man riding a bike at high speed along the carriageway and doing a wheelie for some time.
Other twitter users have commented on the footage.
Simon Clancy @SiClancy said: “Is that even legal?”
A spokeswoman for Kent Police confirmed the matter had been reported.
She added: "We received a report of this at about 11.45am and officers are looking into it."
