Police woman injured in Swanley incident

A policewoman was left unconscious after being attacked by two people when she stopped a van which had its rear number plate missing.
PC Fran Croucher was on patrol in Crockenhill Road, near Swanley, when the attack happened at around 8.30pm Thursday.
Two people got out of the blue Transit van and punched and kicked PC Croucher before driving off in the direction of Bromley.
When other patrols arrived PC Croucher was unconscious on the ground. She was taken to hospital but later discharged.
Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
