Property developers have applied to build around 70 homes within three apartment buildings in a Kent village.
Skillcrown Homes has applied to Dartford council to erect 68 flats on a brownfield site in St Marys Road, Stone.
If the plans were to be approved an office building located on land would be demolished to make way for the apartment buildings.
The build would provide 58 two-bedroom flats, four three-bedroom flats and six one-bedroom flats.
The buildings would be four, five and seven storeys, while 88 parking spaces would also be created.
The planning application can be viewed at goo.gl/ZA7wJb.
