An investigation has been launched after multiple houses in a village were targeted by thieves.
Ring doorbell footage shows two men jumping the gate of a house in Fawkham, Longfield, near Dartford, before trying to get into cars.
It happened between 1am and 3am on Sunday, January 15, with one of the hooded men carrying a monkey wrench.
In total, three homes were reportedly targeted and two motorbikes were stolen.
Anna Bou, whose CCTV captured the men jumping her fence, said: "My partner's mum woke up at 3.10am and called my partner to tell him there are people in the garden.
"We looked on the monitors but couldn't see anyone and then looked at the Ring doorbell and saw them climbing over our gates.
"Initially they went towards the shed in the garden, which was locked, but they weren't successful in opening it.
"They looked at each of our cars in the drive and took £40 from my partner's truck which was unlocked.
"They were looking inside our houses through the windows and smashed some sensors outside the shed and the main camera at our front door.
"Eventually, we all looked thoroughly in the garden with torches but no-one was there. We could only hear motorbike noises at the background."
Ms Bou said others in the area, including one property near Fawkham Manor Hospital, had reported similar incidents.
She added: "We were all worried but brave enough to go out and face them if they were there.
"We realised the importance of locking the doors, windows and cars and not leaving valuable items in places that can be stolen."
A police spokesman said "investigations are ongoing".
