A milkshake speciality chain is opening at Bluewater adding to the centre's offering of food and drink outlets.
The Shake Lab at the Greenhithe venue is the company's eighth in the country and is offering a wide range of ice cream based flavour shakes from Nutella to Kinder Bueno and Ferrero Rocher.
The company, set up by husband and wife duo Dawn and Richard O'Sullivan in 2015, says it only uses premium ingredients and hand-churned ice cream for their products.
It also offers a range of desserts including ice creams, crepes and "waffle stix" – made from fresh waffle batter and topped with a choice of ice cream.
Dawn O Sullivan, co-founder and executive Director at TD4 Brands, said: “Bluewater is the perfect location to open our eighth The Shake Lab adding to our growing portfolio of stores.
"We are certain that customers from Kent and the surrounding areas will be delighted by the selection of flamboyant and indulgent sweet treats available from our range of shakes, crepes, ice-creams and waffle stix each of which can be personalised and made bespoke to their tastes through topping, drizzling and creaming.
"All our ingredients are natural with no hidden preservatives or additives added plus they are all made on site here at Bluewater for pure indulgence.
"The Shake Lab products are ideal for an after-dinner dessert, to enjoy on your journey home or as a treat for the whole family. We are excited to open pre-Christmas and offer those last-minute shoppers the chance to really treat themselves."
Robert Goodman, senior centre director at Bluewater, said: “We are delighted to welcome The Shake Lab to our line-up of over 50 places to eat and drink. In the run-up to Christmas, we hope our guests will drop into The Shake Lab for a sweet treat in between their Christmas shopping.”
