Delays around Eynsford, Farningham and Otford after crash

A man in his 50s has died and another is serious in hospital after a four vehicle crash this morning.
The accident was on the A225 at Eynsford, and happened at around 7am.
A gold Citroen, a silver Honda, a grey Toyota and a blue Vauxhall were involved on Shoreham Roadbetween Eynsfordand Otford.
Police and ambulance crews attended the scene, where the driver of the Saxo, a man in his 50s from the London area, was pronounced dead.
A man in his 30s, also from the London area, was taken to a London hospital with injuries that are described as serious.
Officers from the police's Serious Collision Investigation Unit are investigating, and appealing for any witnesses.
The road was closed in both directions for nearly eight hours and did not reopen until just before 3pm.
