Wisdom Estates (Dartford) Ltd, is an independent family run estate agent with a passion for homes.
Opened three years ago and based in Spital Street, Dartford, the firm offers a combined experience in estate agency, valuation, marketing and customer service.
It also has an innovative new window display and combined with its website, incorporating links to Rightmove and Zoopla, ensures there are the necessary tools to market all the clients’ properties to their fullest potential.
Whilst offering state-of- the-art technology, the company also offers a personal and traditional service.
Financial director Diane Wisdom said: “We are different because we put our customers first.
“Our primary belief is that communication is the key to helping people move home efficiently and without the added stress and anxieties often caused by poor communication.
“We strive to go above and beyond and will often spend time contacting all parties in the chain to ensure the sale runs as smoothly as possible.”
The company is very community minded and supports and is a member of the ellenor Business Club, supporting the hospice service for Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley.
It also sponsors the Gateway Primary Academy School fair and organised new costumes for the school nativity play. It also helps run a game stall three or four times a year to raise extra money for the school.
It supports Dartford Round Table and attends charitable events organised by the Mayor of Dartford.
This is just one of several companies to enter this year’s Dartford and Gravesham Business Awards. They are supported by the Messenger and each entrant gets a free profile in our papers and online.
