Teenager arrested after attempted robbery at Asda, London Road, Swanley

A 17-year-old boy has been arrested after an attempted robbery.
An investigation was launched after someone went into Asda in London Road, Swanley, approached the travel money bureau and demanded money before leaving empty-handed.
Following an appeal for information, a 17-year-old boy from the Orpington area was arrested on Saturday, October 1 on suspicion of attempted robbery at the store on Saturday, September 24, at around 3.55pm.
He has been bailed, pending further inquiries, to appear again at a police station on November 3.
