A teenager has been arrested on suspicion of rape.
It comes following an incident in Browning Road, Dartford, on Wednesday March 20.
A 16-year-old boy remains in custody after being arrested this morning by the Kent and Essex Crime Directorate.
The reported incident happened at around 7pm in an alleyway at the end of the road, near Temple Hill.
It's alleged the victim, who is known to the suspect, was walking with a friend, before being approached by three boys, also believed to be teenagers.
One of them spoke to the girls, and the other two boys left - leaving him alone with the victim and her friend.
The suspect then asked to talk to the victim alone, which is when the suspected attack took place.
He ran away from the area when she called her friend for help.
