Tony Burman calls for Dartford to show more quality in final third when they face Welling United

Dartford boss Tony Burman has urged his side to show more quality in the second part of their festive double header with neighbours Welling.
The sides drew 1-1 at Park View Road on Boxing Day after Lee Noble’s injury-time header rescued a point for the visitors.
But Burman (pictured) wants to see more from his team as an attacking force on Monday (3pm) after they failed to convert possession into chances.
"We needed a bit more quality in the last third of the field," said Burman. "Our crosses were not as good as they should have been. We did ever so well to get behind them but we didn’t convert that into goals.
"It’s the quality of the ball in. I don’t want to see their keeper coming out getting the ball, I want it in an area where he can’t do that."
Noble is likely to replace the suspended Jon Wallis in the starting line-up in the return as the latter is suspended, while Welling player/manager Jamie Day is also banned against his former club. The game could come too soon for Lee Burns (hamstring) and Burman is expecting another cracker.
"Why not?" he replied. "It was a good game and the two teams tried to play. Jamie (Day) has a good side with young players but we’ve got good young players as well – when we turn up we’re a decent side."
