Traffic held on Dartford Crossing after car breaks down

Traffic is being held on the QEII Bridge due to a broken down vehicle.
Motorists are queueing on the crossing on the M25 clockwise between junctions J31 and J1A towards Dartford.
The two southbound lanes over the bridge are closed while vehicles is being held.
Traffic conditions are expected to return to normal at around 11.30am.
