One of the tunnels at the Dartford Crossing has been closed for emergency repairs this morning.
Highways England shut the right hand tunnel heading into Essex at 9.14am, which has caused traffic to build-up on the M25 anti-clockwise.
Congestion has also stretched back to the J2 the A2 (Darenth Interchange).
The tunnel is already in the process of being reopened.
