TV Presenter, Doctor and Strictly star Dr Ranj Singh is coming to Bluewater

Doctor, TV presenter and Strictly star Dr Ranj Singh will be meeting fans at Bluewater as he launches his new book.
He will be at Waterstones from 11am on Saturday, August 17, signing copies of Save Money Lose Weight.
Ranj, who was born in Medway, is a clinician, specialising in the wellbeing of young people.
He is one of the resident doctors on ITV’s This Morning, co-presenter of ITV’s brand new prime-time series Save Money: Good Health, and co-creating host of BAFTA award-winning CBeebies series, Get Well Soon.
As well as these shows, Ranj can regularly be seen on other programmes such as Inside Out, Celebrity Eggheads and Watchdog.
In 2018, the medic swapped his scrubs for sequins as a Strictly Come Dancing contestant and he's also set to make his panto debut this Christmas at the Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury.
Dr Ranj has written two children’s educational books: Food Fuel and Skelebones, and is columnist for NetDoctor.
His book, which accompanies his ITV series, is designed to help people to lose weight on a budget.
It includes a a 28-day plan which shows readers how to make nutritious, calorie-controlled, budget-conscious meals for the whole family.
As well as 80 recipes, this book includes shopping lists, meal planners and easy, no-cost exercise ideas.
This event is free of charge but fans are advised to arrive early to avoid disappointment.
People wanting to meet him must have a copy of Save Money Lose Weight before this will be possible.
