Van driver commits indecent act in front of teenage girls in Hever Avenue, West Kingsdown

A van driver is wanted by police after committing an "indecent act" in front of two teenage girls walking down a road.
The man, driving a white van, is reported to have slowed the vehicle down as he passed the girls in Hever Avenue, West Kingsdown, at around 3.30pm on January 12..
A police spokesman said he was "then seen to be committing an indecent act".
The driver then turned the vehicle around and passed the victims again.
The suspect is described as white, in his early to mid-20s, with dark brown short hair and a short beard.
Investigating officer, PC Bethany Main, said: "We have been making inquiries into this incident and are appealing for any witnesses to contact us.
"We are also asking residents with private CCTV and drivers with dashcam to check for footage that may assist our investigation."
