A watermelon spill is holding up motorists on the M25.
Traffic on the motorway is currently being held clockwise within Junction 31 for the Dartford Crossing due to a “spillage of watermelons”.
A National Highways update reads: “A road sweeper has been requested to clear the spillage.
“Long delays continue to build on approach, currently adding at least 30 minutes to journey times.”
Lane 3 has now reopened past the scene.
