Tom Bonner chooses Cambridge United ahead of Luton Town, Newport, Aldershot, Kidderminster Harriers and Dartford

There were five professional clubs chasing Tom Bonner’s signature before the Dartford defender signed a two-year contract at Cambridge United.
Bonner turned down approaches from Luton, Newport, Aldershot and Kidderminster, having also rejected a move away from Princes Park during the January transfer window.
The 25-year-old said: “I had a few offers in January but I had no intention of leaving and Dartford had no intention of letting me go.
"On the last day of the season I had a few offers and I spoke to a few clubs, but there were only one or two I’d have left Dartford for.
“Dartford are a great club with great fans but they can’t offer full-time football.
“It’s every boy’s dream to play full-time football. This was too good an opportunity to turn down.”
