Tony Burman knows Dartford must stop conceding late goals as they prepare to entertain Aldershot Town

Late goals have cost Dartford four points in their last two home games and manager Tony Burman knows that trend must stop on Saturday.
Darts took an 85th-minute lead against Macclesfield last weekend only for the visitors to equalise two minutes later. That came after Grimsby had netted six minutes from time to snatch a 1-1 draw just as Dartford looked set for a morale-boosting win on October 4.
Saturday’s visitors, Aldershot, grabbed a last-gasp equaliser at Princes Park last season and that result contributed to Burman’s men finishing in the bottom four.
He accepts it has to be different this time around.
"Look at some of the points we’ve lost,” Burman said. “We’ve got to be able to see things through. That’s four points that we’ve dropped and it is disappointing.
"It’s down to concentration. That’s one of the main things. Someone made a mistake (against Macclesfield) and, nine times out of 10, that will be put right. It just happened. No-one wanted it to happen but everyone felt like we’d lost the game.
"You try to pick the players up because they’re disappointed. We did get a point from the game and I’ll talk to them in a positive way. They trained well on Monday night and the atmosphere in the camp is still very good."
Dartford could welcome back midfielder Peter Sweeney from a groin injury this weekend and striker Harry Crawford should be fit despite coming off with an ankle problem against Macclesfield.
However, a calf injury rules out striker Tom Bradbrook and the Aldershot game is likely to be too soon for right-back Lee Burns, who has a rib injury.
