Dartford boss Tony Burman has stepped down after more than a decade at the helm.
Burman master-minded Dartford's rise in non-league football since they moved to Princes Park and has been in charge for 14 years.
But they missed out on winning the National League South title on goal difference this season - and were then knocked out of the play-offs by Braintree on Sunday.
Burman's managerial team of assistant Paul Sawyer and coach Steve Mosely are also leaving the club.
"I feel the time is right for us as a management team, to step aside and allow fresh blood to come in and take forward this great club," Burman told the club website.
"I would like to thank my fellow directors, the supporters and volunteers, plus the many players I have managed over the years, for their support and commitment.
"The last 10 years, here at Princes Park, have been one of the most successful periods in the club’s history and I have been immensely proud of our achievements.
"The winning of the Isthmian League, Division One (North) and Premier Division, plus the Conference South Promotion Final and two Kent Senior Cup Finals, have all been achieved in this period – success indeed"
