Dartford given weekend off after Vanarama National South trip to Truro is postponed
13:00, 12 February 2016
Dartford's Vanarama National South trip to Truro City on Saturday has been postponed due to waterlogged pitch.
The Cornwall club decided to make an early decision to avoid the Princes Park players making a wasted trip to the West Country having been due to leave at 1pm on Friday.
A Truro spokesman said: "The uncertain weather forecast mean't there was a risk the game could be postponed."
The decision followed a midday pitch inspection at Treyew Road.
