Dartford manager Tony Burman knows his team will have to win the title on the road.

Four of Darts' final five games are away from home and a run of three away matches in a week starts on Tuesday night at Gloucester.

Burman's men trail leaders Havant by three points with a game in hand but with both teams in action on Tuesday they could end the night either top of the table or trailing the Hawks by six points.

Asked how he views the title race after both teams won at the weekend, Burman said: "It's still the same. We've got five games to go, they've got four.

"We've got to do our job and think about ourselves. It's a lot closer now than what we thought it was going to be a few weeks back.

"We've got a real tough game on Tuesday night but we're in good spirits."

Dartford have found their form at the best time - and the dismal home defeat against Poole now seems a long way away.

"We've recovered from that defeat against Poole," added Burman. "That's six out of seven games that we've won and that is decent.

"That might be something like 74 goals, it's not all bad, and we'll still continue to try and give it the push to reach our target which is to win the league.

"They're tough games (coming up). We've got to concentrate and focus on what we've got to do.

"There's going to be some twists and turns, without a doubt. We had a good game on Saturday and long may it continue."
